Do you rent by the hour?
Yes, if you would like to rent our full arena for a short time the rental fee is $150 per hour for more than 3 people, otherwise smaller ring size rentals are available in our “Rental Rates” section.
What hours does a “full day event” consist of?
Typically most trials go from 6am set up to about 6pm break down, but a “day” in our book is 24 hours. So no need to rush your event, we’ll be here as long as you are!
Can we have a food vendor?
Yes our café is perfect for a food vendor!
Can I have product vendors?
No I’m sorry due to the limited amount of space we cannot have product vendors.
Can we eat or use food in the arena?
Of course!! Please do! We welcome LOTS of food, for both humans & K9’s! We are a low stress family oriented facility, so please come & make yourself at home!
Can exhibitors set up “EZ-Up’s” outside?
Yes! Just be sure to stake them down as it can get quite windy!
Do you allow RV or Overnight parking?
No, sorry per the Town of Amherst’s zoning requirements we cannot allow Overnight parking or RV’s. But there is a campground, The Friendly Beaver, as well as a Wal-Mart both with in 10 miles.

If I rent a ring to practice will the equipment (obedience or agility) be already set up?
Generally the agility equipment is set up with 2 nested courses; you may move the equipment if you wish, but it must be replaced after your rental. The obedience equipment is generally next to the ring. A staff member will be more than happy to help you find or move any equipment if necessary.]
